This pilot site focuses on the safety of vulnerable road users such as pedestrians and cyclists. Advanced warning systems will be installed for greenway crossings, with smart sensors and cameras. Moreover, captors will be installed on bridges to make the user aware of the tonnage limitation and preserve it from the passage of heavy vehicles. In addition, patrol vehicles will be equipped with advanced communication devices to to locate mobile works in real time and improve road safety and the safety of road workers.. The aim is to make the roads safer for everyone by reducing the risk of accidents at the most critical points of the road network
